GENERAL CONDITIONS
Arrival / Departures:
•From 12 o’clock a.m. Check-out: by 10 o’clock a.m.
Reductions (3rd and 4th bed only):
•Babies 0/12 months old: free. Travel cot and high chair are supplied free of charge. Meals included (according to parent’s arrangement).
•Childs 1-5 years old: 50% reduction.
•Childs 6-10 years old: 30% reduction.
•Adults: 10% reduction.
Supplements:
•Double as single room: from 20,00€ to 50,00€ per day, depending on avaibility.
•Car park: 7,00€ per night. Cannot be reserved, car park is assigned according to avaibility upon arrival.
•City Bike.
•Internet Point.
•WI-FI.
General conditions:
•Advance payment: in order to confirm the reservation, a 40% deposit is required. It can be sent as follows:
Bank Transfer to Intesa Sanpaolo SpA - Bank of Loano 01 – headed to Concordia s.a.s. – Code “BIC” BCITITMM - Code IBAN IT92B0306949439100000000457.
•Settlement: the settlement is charged upon departure. Cash and credit card are accepted for payments. No refund in case of departures in advance and in case of unused meals.
•Cancellation Policy: in case of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation has to be sent by fax to +39 019 668157 or by e-mail to info@concordialoano.com within 14 days prior to the arrival date and the whole deposit will be given back. After 14 days prior to the arrival date or in case of “no-show” the entire deposit will cover the “late notice”/“no-show” penalty.
