Hotel Concordia is located in a large building in the historic center of Loano. On the ground-floor: reception, dining room, café, children’s playroom, wide outdoor terrace. On the first floor and on the second floor: the rooms, both reachable by lift.

In accordance with transparency policies and customer safeguard, we’d like to inform you that our central and privileged location may have the downside of urban noise pollution: of course, Loano is not a metropolis and all rooms are sound-proof; however, guests may hear noises coming from the nearby railway in some rooms.

Parking is a paid service that you can book exclusively through our official website. The availability of parking spaces is very limited. Parking is located in an open-air plaza about 300m walk from the hotel.

Alternatively, municipal parking lots with a ticket at a cost of € 1.80 / hour are available in: Corso Europa, Via Martiri delle Foibe, Corso Roma and Piazza Mazzini. You will find more information at this link.

The closest free municipal car parks are located in Via delle Caselle, Via Petrarca and Via Manzoni, but on some days it may be necessary to move the car due to weekly cleaning or the market.

Almost all the beach clubs that offer a special fare to our costumers are located in the central area of Loano’s beachfront promenade and at a convenient few-minute walk from our hotel. You can choose the one that best fits your needs, asking for quotes and booking the service directly.
For over 10 years now, Loano has been awarded the “Bandiera Blu” (blue flag) by the EU, to attest the cleanliness of both its sea and sea bottom.

The amazing beach in Loano is made of both sand and tiny stones, while the sea has the typical features of the Ligurian coast: it is quite deep even at a short distance from the shore. It is possibile to do different outdoor sports in Loano and its sorroundings: windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beach volley, snorkeling and diving off Loano or Bergeggi’s shore, or at the beautiful Gallinara Island.

You can connect for free to the hotel’s WI-FI both from the room and in all common areas.

The pillows in your bed ensure excellent comfort, but if you would like a pillow better suited to your needs, you can choose the most suitable pillow from the available alternatives to ensure yourself a sleep of great quality.

A baby room equipped for the leisure and entertainment of our little guests and, why not, also of the grown-ups.

Pets are welcome in our hotel however, in respect of other guests and for the common rules of hygiene, the owners must ensure that the following rules are respected:

• we ask you to inform us at the time of booking if you intend to bring a pet with you. Small / medium-sized pets are allowed, one per room. The extra cost of € 15.00 will be charged for cleaning at the end of the stay.
• You must have the necessary equipment for your pet with you. It is forbidden to use any of the hotel linen for bedding or washing and cleaning of your pet.
• For safety reasons, both for our staff and your pets, your room will not be cleaned if you leave your pet inside alone. If you intend to leave your pet in your room please ask at the Reception so we can decide together when your daily room cleaning can take place.
• Your pet must not disturb other guests.
• You must keep your dog on a leash at all times while moving inside the hotel. Pets are not allowed in the common areas or the dining rooms.
